Payment Terms
Minimum Stay 3 nights (except over Christmas period 10 nights)
Check-in 3:00pm check-out 12:00noon
Deposit 20% to confirm reservation
Balance due 30 days prior to check-in
Refundable Damage deposit of C$500 payable with balance.
(Refunded 7days after departure unless a report of damage is received.)
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days prior to check in total amount paid refunded
- 15-30 days prior to check in 50% of amount paid refunded plus Damage deposit
- Less than 15 days Damage deposit refunded
Villa Rates
The Villa features four double bedrooms with ensuites and is leased as a whole.
The Villa rooms cannot be leased separately.

May 1st – September 30th – $666.00 CAD
October 1st – December 15th – $896.00 CAD
December 16th – January 4th – $1,390.00 CAD
