I just spent a month here and it wasn’t long enough.

The whales were spotted off the west coast, I looked and looked and was fortunate to see them only at a distance. Met plenty of folk who had seen them and viewed photographs of the splashing giants.

Visited Pebble Beach early in the morning to see the race horses enjoy a swim, then watched them practice at the nearby track.

We spent a few hours in Huntes Gardens and was delighted in sharing a lemonade with Mr Hunte himself.

The flowers, trees and shrubbery are stunning in this ornately designed garden, with picturesque and easy to walk pathways, surrounded by vivid colours and exotic plants. Relax on the many hidden benches or enjoy refreshments with Mr Hunte in the Top House.

The Flamboyant trees were in bloom it was a stunning time of year.
